I have always loved taking pictures of nature. Even as a child I would be constantly photographing the trees, flowers, and dew covered spiderwebs in my backyard.

When I moved to Alaska in 2011 my hobby turned into a passion. Kodiak is a nature lovers paradise. There is ample opportunity to photograph birds, bears, flowers, aurora, and breath taking scenery. I learned to never go anywhere without my camera. You never know when the orcas will grace us with their presence in the channel or when a bear will be fishing in the river.

I love being able to share the wonders of this world with friends and family through my photos.
